Volunteers in Medicine, Chattanooga, Inc. (VIM Chattanooga) is a primary care medical clinic which opened in May, 2005. It provides medical services to financially eligible individuals and families of Hamilton County who otherwise have no access to health care. The clinic is located in the 5900 Building at Eastgate and is based on a model established by former Chattanoogan, Dr. Jack McConnell in Hilton Head, SC.

Band-Aid Banquet a huge success. The Second Annual Volunteers in Medicine Band-Aid Banquet was truly an outstanding event, with over 300 guests gathered to hear speaker Randy Smith and patient testimonials. Over $33,000 was raised for the Clinic. read more..
Clinic receives Community Service Award. The Volunteers in Medicine Clinic was recognized by the Tennessee Medical Association with a community service award on April 4, 2009. Read full article
