Many patients work but cannot afford health insurance and are within the low income Federal Poverty Level criteria requirements. Both Volunteers in Medicine Chattanooga primary care clinic and the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Medical Society’s Project Access specialty care program has respectfully provided millions of donated care over the years and work closely in serving those in the greatest of need.
